Claimed Vouchers Page

The Claimed Vouchers page allows users to view and review vouchers that have already been claimed. It provides visibility into voucher tokens, claim dates, quotas, and notes for auditing and support purposes.

The page consists of two main sections:

The header provides tools to help you quickly find specific claimed vouchers.

*Available features:*

• Search bar – Search claimed vouchers using keywords such as token values or notes.
• Advanced filters – Refine the list using available filter options.
• Action / page buttons – Contextual actions depending on your access level.

Any change in search input or filters refreshes the table automatically.

The grid displays a paginated list of all claimed vouchers.

*Grid behavior:*

• Server-side pagination
• Loading indicator while data is fetched
• Read-only rows (no row click selection)

If no vouchers match the selected criteria, the message “No Results Found” is displayed.

• Displays the voucher token.
• Shown as a chip with a copy icon.
• Click the chip to copy the token to your clipboard.
• A confirmation toast appears after copying.

• Indicates when the voucher was created.
• Displayed in short date format.
• Hover over the date to see the full (long) date in a tooltip.

• Shows when the voucher was claimed.
• Displayed in short date format.
• Hover to view the full date via tooltip.

• Displays the services and credits associated with the voucher.
• Each service is shown as a compact chip.
• Format:

• *Service Name : Credit Amount*

• Displays any notes associated with the voucher.
• Long notes are truncated after 64 characters.
• Hovering or copying allows access to the full note value.
• Click to copy the notes to your clipboard.

• Navigate through pages using the paginator at the bottom of the table.
• Available page sizes:

• 25 rows
• 50 rows
• 100 rows
• Data is fetched from the server when the page or page size changes.

• Open the Claimed Vouchers page
• Use the search bar or filters to locate a voucher
• Review token, claim dates, and quotas
• Copy the token or notes if needed for support or verification
• Navigate through pages to review additional vouchers

• Use search together with filters to quickly find specific vouchers.
• Hover over dates to see exact timestamps.
• Copy tokens directly from the grid instead of retyping them.
