====== What Is A Report? ====== A report is a scheduled email that will be sent to the selected users that contains the data recorded by the device during the time period that was selected. ===== The Difference Between Standard And Advanced Reports ===== Standard reports simply consist of one or many graphs (depending on the amount created) that are emailed to the user as images. This is useful if you want a simple overall look at the data your device is recording. Advanced reports consist of more detailed data. It contains the same graphs that a Standard report does, however it also contains all of the device data points, exceptions and alerts in an Excel spreadsheet that is emailed to the user. This is useful if you want a detailed look at your data. ===== What Are Report Schedules And Frequency Log? ===== Report schedules determine the frequency at which you receive reports. Daily, weekly and monthly schedules are supported. Frequency log determines the time interval (in minutes) that a point is recorded on the report. ===== What Are Datalogs? ===== Datalogs are the the source of which the report data comes from. Datalogs are made up of devices and sensors, however you can choose which specific sensors you want to use to populate your report data. ===== What Are Report Graphs? ===== Report graphs consist of data recorded from the datalogs which are then plotted on a graph for the selected time period. The frequency log determines how many points are recorded on the graph.
