The Users page can be accessed from the side navigation bar by clicking on the 'Users' tab then clicking on 'Users'.
On the users page, information about users in your company will be displayed. Here you can view the users information and roles, edit existing users and invite new users to your company.
NB: Users displayed here may vary based on your current user role. Users of a lower role can not view users of a higher role. Eg. A user with the role of User will not be able to see someone with the role of Manager and above. Learn more about user roles here.
Clicking the invite user button will open the Invite User dialog. This will allow you to invite new users to your company.
In the options column, clicking on the 3 dots icon will open up a menu which contains 4 options (this can vary based on your user role).
Clicking 'Edit' will open the User Edit dialog.
Clicking 'Impersonate' will allow you to login as that user. This allows you to view the website as the selected user would, you will view the website as their role and view the devices that they can view. This is only available if you are of a higher role than the selected user.
Clicking 'Remove' will remove the user from your company.
Clicking 'Update Role' will allow you to update the role of the user within your company.
