Alert Groups Page
Navigation
The Alert Groups page can be accessed from the side navigation bar by clicking on the Alerts tab and then clicking on 'Alert Groups'.
Overview
On the Alert Groups page, your created alert groups will be displayed and can be interacted with. You can create, edit and delete alert groups on this page.
Creating An Alert Group
Clicking the create alert group button will open the Create Alert Group dialog. This will allow you to create an alert group.
Alert Group Options
In the options column, clicking on the 3 dots icon will open up a menu which contains 3 options (this can vary based on your user role).
Clicking 'View' will open the View Alert Group dialog, where you can view the details about the selected alert group.
Here, each escalation can be clicked on to view the actions taken for alerts triggered, as well as the user who will be alerted and the alert delay. You can read more about what these are on the 'What Is An Alert Group?' page.
Clicking 'Edit' will open the Edit Alert Group dialog, where you can edit your selected alert group.
Clicking 'Delete' will delete the selected alert group.
