TZone TT19
The TZone TT19 is a 4G Temperature and Humidity Data Logger, it has been integrated into Myfridgeonline.com.
Device Configuration For Myfridgeonline
Configuring the TT19 requires the following:
- Connect the TT19 to your pc and open the Tzone Real-Time Data Logger Configure Software
- Click Read
- Copy the device ID to a note pad
- Update Settings
- Network Setting
- APN: The default APN for most simcards is internet, check with your simcard provider as some cards such trinity/trintel simcards may need custom APNs such as apn.trintel.co.za
- Server Connection Setting
- IP/Domain: l4.myfridgeonline.com
- Port: 90
- TCP/UDP: TCP
- Click Save
- Forward the device IDs (This will be used as the serial number/hwid of the device) to Myfridgeonline so that they may be registered on the system
- Purchase a voucher a TT19
- Claim your vouchers, see Redeeming a Voucher
- Register your TT19 on your Myfridgeonline account, see Registering a device
- The TT19 will populate upon its next uplink
Trouble Shooting
- Device Not Online
- Check that the TT19 has the correct configurations
- Check the TT19 is turned on, check device status in configuration
- Check that the device has been registered correctly with Myfridgeonline
- The Tzone has terrible antenna, you may need to move the device so that it has a better network connection
- Check that the device is functioning
- The device should have signal bars once its successfully uploaded to the server
Data Usage
A TT19 is expected to use 5MB of data given its default logging and uplink period 10 minutes, see Data Upload/Storage Interval in configuration
