Power on the unit (Power-cycle the unit if it is already on)
When the LED is red press the button once
The LED will start flashing red
A WiFi access point should be visible smrtcold_xxxx

Connect to the access point
Wait for a prompt stating that the connection has no internet select Always Connect or Keep Wi-Fi Connection

Open via Wi-Fi settings Navigate to System Wi-Fi settings (Tap on the WiFi network from quick Wi-Fi settings)
Tap on the name or the cog icon
Tap Manage Router

The configuration page will auto now open, alternatively type 192.168.4.1 into your web browser
