On the Alerts page, information about alerts that have occurred will be displayed. Here you can view the time at which the alert was triggered, which device and sensor sent out the alert, which method you were alerted by, the alert message and the action taken for the alert.

Before alerts can be displayed, first a date range has to be selected. By default, a date ranged of the current day and the day before are selected. To select your own time range, you need to click on the calendar icon. Here you can select your time range which you wish to display alerts for. However, please note a maximum of a 7 day range can be selected.

Here you can view which method the alert was dispatched by. Hovering over the icon will allow you to view the type. Currently, only SMS, Telegram, Email and Buzzer alerts are supported.

Here you can view the action taken on the alert. Alerts can be manually canceled from this page to stop further escalation, and this column will reflect this. By hovering over the icon, you can view what type of action was taken. The icon will change based on the type of action taken.

In the options column, clicking on the 3 dots icon will open up a menu which contains 2 options (this can vary based on your user role).

Clicking 'View' will open the Alert View dialog. Here you can view more information about the alert.

Clicking 'Cancel' will open the Alert Cancellation dialog. Here you can stop the alert from escalating further if required, as well as leave a comment for others to read when viewing the alert.
